I went there to get my inhaler, But the Dr examined me and found other things going on ,So glad I went there, Thanks to the Dr and their lovely staff

Had severe back pain over the weekend and was unable to tolerate. I went in as a walk in and was able to be seen and treated at that time. The treating physician and the staff were very professional and friendly. The check in and care provided was great. Highly recommend this office and provider

I do not normally write reviews of any sort, good or bad. However, our experience being here HAD to be recognized. I dont think I have ever come across this level of care. It was STELLAR. My 17 yo daughter had been really unwell with a really bad head cold and really really uncomfortable throat and tonsils. Ran all the usuals, and not so usuals, and everything determined to be viral. Noticing how truly upset and uncomfortable she was, they did not stop there. Dr Gordon and his staff made sure she was at least going to feel better real soon. I could not be happier with the presence of focus, attention and bedside manner this Dr and staff showed us. KUDOS! You guys are true standouts to treatment above and beyond. Thank you.

Lots of locations. I’m glad I was willing to travel 30 minutes because I really wanted to see a Doctor today.  Many locations I was not aware of..   East Patchogue wait wasn’t long and Doctor was very nice.

I do like the way they do it, is easier then another places.

First time there waiting time was expected, I did a walk in , receptionist was great she helped me out with checking in, had issue with my iphone  the doctor was on point

i was a walk in feeling absolutely worst than sick, i filled out some information through the qr code until it was my time to be called into the room & once in the room i had to wait a long time, we were warned that the doc does take her time but it was all confirmed and brought to our attention that she does this to get more information and learn more about you and figure out what's genuinely going on. once she was in there she was determined to find out what was wrong with me, she tested me for more than 3 things and they all come out negative thankfully but she really showed that she was passionate not just about her job but about helping us and i would wait once more to have her help again .. all the other girls were amazing as well .. they all were respectful, kind, supportive and had a sense of humor which felt comfortable to be in a room with them while obviously going through a sickness. i would recommend this place to everyone, all you need is a little patience and they WILL do you justice, life is difficult & to short to be stubborn all the time, give people a chance.

Overall everything was good, but the check in was over the board, with too many unnecessary questions which was a bit lengthy. Yes I would recommend. But scale back on unescesary.

Walked in after work and I didn't have to wait long at all.

Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.
