COVID testing & Rapid testing near me in Meriden, CT

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

I’ve been coming here for years, basically since they’ve opened and have always had a good experience.

Well I really prefer see the doctor in person then on video because it’s really hard to see the patient and trying too figure what’s going on the the patient so know was not happy and then he wants me to go spend money for a natural remedy but I don’t have money like that when all he had to do prescribe me a prescription  and let my insurance pay

I was sent here from the new Milford location today due to them not having a provider in the office and having to use one iPad per client, which was causing long delays. I went and got seen right away and drove straight to the pharmacy, in the time of me driving they got the results, called me back and sent over prescription. I was able to pick up the meds right before pharmacy closed, which was a blessing, I didn’t have to wait and suffer until tomorrow. Great experience!

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.
