There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

I had a really great experience at this office from the front desk to the exam with the provider. I highly recommend this place.

Was treated for Lyme disease now I’m more well very thorough explanation of whatever test for run and a great concern for my well-being

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Michelle was very thorough and went through every option I had for testing and ways to improve my health and did it in a very measured way that I never felt pressured to do any of them that I didn’t want to but explained well why it would benefit me get them done

First time there waiting time was expected, I did a walk in , receptionist was great she helped me out with checking in, had issue with my iphone  the doctor was on point

Excellent help from the staff, very kind & caring. Scheduling was easy . Highly recommend!
