Of course sent him to another doctor think a surgeon. Wait time was long but the rest was great. My friend did wait a long time while th doctors talked and walked out and they followed him to catch him and told him what they decided on..

I've had to visit urgent care for various ailments, and every time, I have received compassionate care. They take patients' safety seriously - as an immunocompromised patient, I've always felt secure about the cleanliness of the facility and the sanitary protocols are followed by staff well. Hopefully that won't change now that they've teamed up with UMass; UMass hospitals are a horror show, esp. Memorial in Worc. BIG MRSA problem there but they hide it from the patients!
