We just moved to Ohio and this was my first time at the clinic. I was there to be tested for a coronavirus. From the minute I walked in the door until the minute I left I felt so well taken care of.The staff is amazing and took their time not only to examine me, but to talk with me so that I felt more secure.I would definitely recommend!!!

Dr. Schulte was very professional, thorough, and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to this Urgent Care. My only disappointment was the 30-40 minute wait in the examination room.

Amazing staff at concord urgent care! Front desk nurse was super friendly and put me in a room asap due to an eye injury. All nurses and doctor (Higgins) were so nice and professional! Don’t see that anymore unfortunately. Made my painful experience so much better!! Thank you!

Not bad. Didn't know what to expect though, really, since it's been a while since I've been to urgent care. Would recommend. Getting in was quick, and check in was easy, but I had to wait a bit after because there were a lot of people and I was low priority.

My first time at this UH urgent care. Staff very friendly and efficient. Wait time was near zero. Dr. Bowers was great and spent the right amount of time with diagnosis and treatment. Answered all my questions clearly and provided follow up advice.

The staff is always friendly. I know I will get better care at UH Urgent care vs CVS. The cost might be a bit more but not enough to change my preference. It’s easy to be seen and doesn’t require an appointment like the CLE Clinic Urgent care.

Came in with my father to get a Covid test for him and I. They were very friendly and even suggested getting an X-ray for possible pneumonia for my father. Which is good since I was trying to get him to the doctors for that

The woman at the front desk made my whole visit much more comfortable than most urgent care visits. She helped me with paperwork, vas very friendly and polite, and didn’t make me feel like I was an inconvenience.

I was so afraid to go to a Urgent Care due to the stories you hear … wait time, thoroughness, efficiencies, friendliness … but this visit surpassed all my fears. I called my doctors office because I thought I may have scabies. They said they had no openings and told me to go to the urgent care center down the hall. The doctor there said she wasn’t sure if it was scabies and told me I should go to a dermatologist. She did not recommend one.The last time I required a derm appointment it took SIX MONTHS To get in. This seems to me to be just passing the buck. She called in a prescription for me, but when I went to pick it up it wasn’t written correctly so they couldn’t give it to me.They were waiting for her respond to their call. What a waste of time.

I was so scared this morning upon finding a tick on my thigh! The staff at Devon Place UH care center was excellent! They were competent, reassuring, and so caring! Thank you to the team at UHUrgent Care! You helped me so much!Yes! I do would recommend this facility!

I didn't have much of a wait time. The only problem I did have was I asked them because they already swap her to run an RSV FLU and Covid. All they did was a Covid test.

I am a Cleveland clinic patient with a primary dr who would not schedule me for an immediate appointment nor could I get an appointment at Cleveland clinic express care with an md. I was relived to be examined by a medical dr with a wonderful bedside manner and determined immediately my issue with kindness. Staff was very considerate and helpful including the nurse and the assistant at the desk. I witnessed her taking on nonstop patients entering the facility. She handled all with professionalism and kindness. Would highly recommend this urgent care facility

All staff were friendly and professional. Thank you to all from front desk, exam room, PA. ( the PA introduced herself, I never knew the others names) Care was efficient. The only difficulty was the rx was sent to wrong pharmacy, then there was delay in authorization from urgent care. I needed to bear the burden to make phone calls to pharmacy when I was not notified of meds ready (it wasn't there) and then call back to UH before authorization was finally sent. All in All, it happens, it is 👍 ok Thx!

I came in to have my sutures removed. I had them placed nine days ago at the Urgent Care. I got right in. The same wonderful PA (Kelley) who took care of me after my injury removed my sutures. I couldn’t be more pleased with the care I received there.

She listened close and Documented info i wanted conveyed to Dr. The physician Dr Dawson was very thorough and explained the process, to get taken care of. The team work was great. My XRay by Amy was quick and she was clear and concise in how to have me position.
