My husband and I had just arrived in Hot Springs for Thanksgiving when we learned we had been exposed to Covid, and required testing. We knew Arkansas as a very conservative state, and - since we're a same sex couple - we were anxious about the service we would receive. But the nurses at MedExpress Urgent Express were gracious, friendly, and efficient. They treated us with thoughtfulness and conviviality. In doing so, they were not only a credit to MedExpress, but to the entire state. We were so grateful.

Bought my Mother in with fever. We had been to Arkadelphia Walmart to get 2nd covid shot and she had fever. Nobody in Arkadelphia would test her for covid because her dr is in hot springs and they were closed. They got us right in and tested for covid and uti very quickly. Ended up uti! Thank you all for being so sweet!

Second visit to this facility. First experience was awful (in January I was the patient), but this time (my daughter was the patient) was polar opposite. Wonderful experience! Great all the way around! I WILL return if we need urgent care.

Just moved to town and needed my b-12 injection and haven't gotten a dr. yet. So when i picked up my prescription at Walgreens went to urgent care and was able to get it there ! So helpful !

Everyone was super friendly and I felt like I knew everyone for years. They were really sweet and easy going. Just had a DOT physical. They were on it and I told them about how professional they were and have referred several people since today. 👍

All the staff was friendly & was pleasant to deal with. It did take 2.5 hours to get a Covid test. When I checked in it said there were 3 ahead of me. Seems a long time to me.

I was not impressed with the medical care or lack thereof in my visits. I went to the clinic Sunday and ended up back in the clinic Thursday (my 2nd visit was slightly better than my 1st). I only went back to this clinic because I was tested for Covid on my initial visit and I wasn’t interested in starting that process with another clinic. Covid testing was their only priority. Patient care and compassion was non-existent in my first visit. I understand the concern in over-prescribing antibiotics but at least test patients for other illnesses to provide compassionate care and answers. Telling me to drink fluids and alternate fever reducing medication is not the medical care I need to pay you to hear. I will not return.

I tried to book online but was unable to do so. I went in anyhow, and the receptionist greeted me, took my information and responded that I would be seen. The nurses aide was friendly, caring and very outgoing. The Dr. was friendly, efficient and very caring. I would highly recommend this service to anyone.
