Urgent Team Locations in Searcy, AR

I had to wait 3 hours to get an ear drop (I’m already on a steroid and antibiotic). It is understandable because of the sheer volume of patients. Nurse and Doctor were very approachable, fast and fantastic. My only complaint is that there were tons of patients coming in for covid tests, exposing everyone. After stepping in, they were instructed to go back to car and pull to the back of clinic to wait. I asked the receptionist if I could go to my car and be called when my turn came and she said if I wasn’t in the waiting room when my name was called, another name would be called (thus losing my spot). My suggestion is to 1) provide a phone number for covid check in to be done from vehicle and 2) allow other patients to wait in vehicle and be called when it is their turn to step into clinic.

He listened to every word I was telling and made me feel like he was willing to do whatever to make me feel better. I was there not because I was so sick with cold symptoms but for COVID testing because I share a home with my pregnant daughter and her family and no one on my visit made me feel in anyway like me I was wasting their time and I appreciated that so much! Thank you!

Was very busy and a long wait but I didn’t care because I was really sick and everyone else was closed! Will go here from now on because everyone was very nice and cared. Very good Urgent Care I think.

I feel like we got into the back in a decent amount of time. Scheduled appointment was *** and we went back around ***ish. The nurse/tech in triage was a little aggressive and never made eye contact. But did his job. I will say, I did not appreciate him trying to rip off the blood pressure cuff off my 3 year olds arm and a shocking my child. The APN was very to the point. I understand it’s an urgent care but it was definitely a different experience then the pediatricians office.

I was well cared for at Urgent Care. The staff is as friendly and the APRN was thorough. I would recommend this Urgent Care to anyone. Wait time was a little slow but there was only 1 APRN and the wait time was expected. It would be a good idea to hire another APRN to help out.

When I can’t get to Pcp Dr. Baptist Urgent Care Clinic in Jacksonville, Ar. Convenient, Service is Good

I was a walk-in patient just needing a strep throat test. This was my second visit there, the last being about 4 months ago. As before, check in was quick and there was nobody else in the waiting room. All staff members were very courteous and friendly, facilities very clean, and I was treated quickly. GREAT CLINIC!!! Definitely recommend!!

I have to say,it is always a pleasure to go and get treated the way I do. Its not often when I have to go but when I do,it seems the team with Kari,Bruce,Tina and Daisha are there and I'm always very glad! Kari makes me feel like she provides personal attention and she's always very thorough!! Urgent Care of Jacksonville will always be my place to go for my care! Thanks so much for being there!!! ❤

The staff was so helpful. Amanda was so empathic with us and explained everything and took time for questions and explanations. It's great to have Covid testing and results within an hour.

I love using Sherwood Urgent Care here in Searcy! They are the first place that I have been to that actually cares and takes the time to really figure out what to do to better your health!!! Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!

So glad I came here. I don’t know where the closest urgent care is to my house in Little Rock. The receptionist helped me fill out the forms. She was great. The doctor was very nice and made sure I was taken care of

I set an appointment for 3pm. Got brought to the room at 3:30. Didn’t get seen until 4:20. They stated they had a “procedure” but no one came to inform me that it might be a longer wait. I had twin 3 year olds in there losing patience. The whole reason I made an appt and filled out the paperwork ahead of time was because I had children. Had they said something to me, I would’ve remained calm or left to go to another location. Next time, I will go to another urgent care.

Best urgent care experience! Will definitely go out of my way to come back to this location.

As when I had to go in September, everyone was really friendly but Elizabeth is the absolute best ever! We have a PCP but I will be using this walk-in clinic as needed as long as Elizabeth is there!

Love Urgent Care. Had to go there today. My ear has been really hurting the last 3 days. Well I've got an ear infection and excessive fluids. Called in some Meds. For me and I was out. Probably wasn't there 30 minutes. And they even remembered me from my 2 previous appts..about a month or so. Everyone there was very caring, polite and professional. I recommend Urgent Care in Beebe to everyone. Very respectful as well You don't get that near enough these days. The I think is called an APRN (sorry if I'm wrong) Her Last Name was Self. She's AWESOME.
