There was a 5 hour wait for a covid test today but once I was in things were wonderful. Great caring staff!!

Ascension St Thomas Urgent Care is THE best place for quick care in Donelson. The appointment scheduling and check-in process are easy. Lindsey and the rest of the staff are top-notch. The quality of care is unmatched. It’s comforting to know the clinic is close by and has flexible hours.

As a walk in for a rapid Covid test they were able to get to me today with a 1 1-2 hours. All other places I tried was going to be 5-10 days.

This was my first visit to the Gallatin Urgent Care- no complaints at all - 5 STARS!!

This was an excellent care facility to get my Covid test. Reception and exam rooms were very clean. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They answered my questions and concerns with utmost knowledge and understanding. I can highly recommend this Ascension Urgent care ❤

Best urgent care EVER!

It was fine. I was in and out quickly. I wish they would stick to the covid precautions. There are signs on the door that said masks must be worn. I know they’re also only allowed to let 3 people in at a time. When I got there a group of 5 unvaccinated women were there (they were talking about it). They were there just to get Covid tests to go to a concert. Only one of them was wearing a mask. It was super frustrating because responsible people are doing what they can to stop spreading covid but when we need medical care we’re still being exposed to people that won’t even wear a mask. This seems unacceptable in a medical facility.

Wow - truly blown away by the kindness and politeness of the receptionists/office staff and doctors here. It is Christmas Eve and there is so much sickness going around, we are still in the midst of the Covid pandemic, etc… even with all of that said and these healthcare professionals surely missing their loved ones at home, they had positive attitudes, smiles, and great care-taking. The doctor we saw listened to our concerns and we are so appreciative of her time! Her plan of care was exceptional and gave us the reassurance we needed. I will highly recommend this clinic/urgent care. Even on our way out, the ladies up front were so kind to wish us a Merry Christmas. 🎄 6 out of 5 stars!!!!! 🌟🌟🌟

This is the first time I have used Saint Thomas Urgent Care and it was an excellent experience.

Due to Covid, my regular internist is only doing televisits, which is completely understandable, but sometimes a patient HAS to be examined. This urgent care has quickly, compassionately and thoroughly treated my son and I. I won’t even consider going anywhere else. Dr. Lucy and Autumn were the absolute epitome of professionalism and all the Hippocratic Oath stands for.

This is really a nice urgent care. Everything was efficient and easy and the dr I saw was very thorough and caring. I will definitely choose this facility again.

Very positive experience. I had an appointment. Highly recommended to avoid long wait. I have gone without appt before and they got me in, but wait was long. Staff from front desk to treatment room are friendly and helpful. Included a follow-up call to ensure I received test results promptly.

I went in for a Covid test. Everyone was real nice . They got back in a room quickly and did the fast test. Not long the nurse practitioner came in. Examined my throat, ears and listen to my lungs.

Very pleased with Urgent Care! Needed to have my ears cleaned ! Wax build up! Nurse Jennifer and Dr. were excellent. So happy was able to get immediate relief! I certainly will use when needed! Thanks for kindness and excellent care.
