Ascension St Thomas Urgent Care is THE best place for quick care in Donelson. The appointment scheduling and check-in process are easy. Lindsey and the rest of the staff are top-notch. The quality of care is unmatched. It’s comforting to know the clinic is close by and has flexible hours.

Wow - truly blown away by the kindness and politeness of the receptionists/office staff and doctors here. It is Christmas Eve and there is so much sickness going around, we are still in the midst of the Covid pandemic, etc… even with all of that said and these healthcare professionals surely missing their loved ones at home, they had positive attitudes, smiles, and great care-taking. The doctor we saw listened to our concerns and we are so appreciative of her time! Her plan of care was exceptional and gave us the reassurance we needed. I will highly recommend this clinic/urgent care. Even on our way out, the ladies up front were so kind to wish us a Merry Christmas. 🎄 6 out of 5 stars!!!!! 🌟🌟🌟

Very positive experience. I had an appointment. Highly recommended to avoid long wait. I have gone without appt before and they got me in, but wait was long. Staff from front desk to treatment room are friendly and helpful. Included a follow-up call to ensure I received test results promptly.

I love coming the this urgent care. Everyone is so kind and we are always in and out. Make sure to book an appointment online because you can end up waiting a long tine without an appointment.

The Nurse on staff Scarlett is top notch, she took care of my son and made sure that he received the best of care. Now that we know what’s going on with my son, we can continue his care with his primary. This is hands down the only urgent care we’ll visit. Thanks again

This Urgent Care is superior in every way. The facility is clean and appealing, and the staff is professional, informative, and caring from the receptionist to the Doctor. I am so grateful for this facility, and this is my fourth visit for myself and/or family member!

This is the first time I have used Saint Thomas Urgent Care and it was an excellent experience.

The staff was both proficient and friendly and as a new patient I had a great experience because each staff member I encountered made me feel welcomed and valued . I chosed Ascension St Thomas Urgent Care based on the 4.9 ratings online but in my opinion that should be change to a 5.0!

This was a Covid PCR test as we transit outside the US on vacation. My only real comment is you need to get rid of the pdf version of the new patient info form. Doing that yesterday, then having to transcribe the info, was inconvenient as anything.

My kids love everyone that works @ the fort Campbell location! From the front desk to the provider everyone is amazing 😊 .
