Today was my 3rd or 4th trip to urgent care, 3 of those because I could not be seen in my PCPs clinic. Each time, super friendly and professional staff, extremely clean. Not one person acts too busy for you, from the moment you walk in until the time you say goodbye to the provider. Excellent care each time!

My husband and I had just arrived in Hot Springs for Thanksgiving when we learned we had been exposed to Covid, and required testing. We knew Arkansas as a very conservative state, and - since we're a same sex couple - we were anxious about the service we would receive. But the nurses at MedExpress Urgent Express were gracious, friendly, and efficient. They treated us with thoughtfulness and conviviality. In doing so, they were not only a credit to MedExpress, but to the entire state. We were so grateful.

The staff was fantastic. They were busy but yet very friendly to everyone. Was very impressed with the bedside manner!! We will be using Baptist Urgent Care for our urgent medical needs in the future.

I used the Solv app to make my appointment. Super easy and quick. I only had a few minutes wait because I was a few minutes early for the appointment. Nice, caring staff! Definitely recommend Baptist Urgent Care in Bryant.

This was my first experience with this urgent care facility and I was very satisfied with the care I was given. I was a walk in patient and my wait time was very reasonable. All of the staff was very polite and professional.

This was my first time at this location and I had a wonderful experience! The facility is very clean and the front desk staff was super friendly. I was very nervous going in for my first(!) Covid test and Reba was wonderful at reassuring me it would not be that bad. She made me feel very at ease and was so easy to talk to while performing the rest of my tests. I will definitely be back to see her if I’m in need!

I highly recommend Baptist Urgent care. So clean and organized and the staff was knowledgeable and very nice.

We showed up at almost closing time and yet everyone there took super care of me and we’re very kind and very knowledgeable we have been there before and sure what would be the only urgent care clinic we would use

I needed to discuss injury after an auto accident yesterday. Staff was very congenial and explained what and why they were treating me the way they were. It was overall a good experience and I intend to use the urgent care again if ever needed

The nurse was extremely good with my child, and did a wonderful job keeping her calm during her COVID test. She had great bedside manner, and my daughter was very happy with the experience.

From calling last minute and getting all my questions answered right away and getting us in right away even though it was close to closing time not one person acted frustrated when i walked in with 3 kids. They were all super helpful, welcoming and just awesome with me and the kids! I won’t go to anywhere else again! They went above and beyond!

This was my first visit to Sherwood Urgent Care. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness and professionalism. When one does not feel well, a kind smile can make all the difference. I would highly recommend, and I’m very thankful for their care.

Came for rapid covid test which was negative and nurse sent off another sample to be tested at lab since I had symptoms of covid..nurse was nice during exam as well as assistant. However they never called back with results despite I left 2 voice mails on day 3 and 5 after the test sent off on sat..will not use that clinic again since no one followed up with my calls or with test results..I went to my pcp to have another covid test done as I needed to know if I could return to my clinic.
