I came In cause i am sick but had to pay $50 for covid test that was negative and then told it's 60 to 70 percent accurate when I knew it was a cold I had then she refused to give me a steroid shot. If the test is not that accurate then don't offer them or make us pay for them. We go to the doctor to feel better not to get changed for all your testing and you tell me to buy over the counter medication if I would have known all this I would have went somewhere else and felt like they wanted to make me well not make me pay for covid , flu and office visit and tell me to buy over the counter medicine.

I have used Urgent Care on a number of occasions and have always been pleased with the service I receive. Today (July 4th) I had an unexpected health issue pop up and they were able to see me on short notice - to your employees, thank you for being there!

Lee Wallace and staff are kind and compassionate. Wouldn't recommend any other urgent care clinic. First place I've been in a few years that didn't throw meds at you to get you out of the door to usher the next cow into the corral.

I have been treated with the upmost respect, friendliness, and care anyone could possibly expect out of their health care provider. I’ve been seeing Lee for I guess 20 years. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff at Urgent Care are some of the finest around.

Urgent Care is the best place to go for your Medical needs! The receptionist was great! My nurse was Mallory! Mallory is a great example of a loving caring nurse! I just love all staff! The Doctor was also very caring! I’m blessed to have such a great Urgent Clinic close by!

Exasperated! I go online to “hold my place in line” got an appointment for 10:45, checked in @ 10:48, didn’t get out until after 2:00- signs in lobby reads “we are considerate of YOUR time”. Reallly? I’ve been a urgent care patient for a number of years. Have stoped my seeing specialized doctors ( diabetes/ thyroid) due to my trust in Lee Wallace. After sitting for hours, my covid test comes back negative…. And the attending FNP-C inquired if I wanted to do another test that has to be sent off…. Waiting again! I waited due to insufficient staffing, the company suggest they “care” for their patients but with FNPs having to do all procedures as HQ doesn’t want to hire sufficient staff, proves that HQ is consumed with the almighty dollar and not meeting patient needs. I will be taking my business to a less corporate minded clinic, but shall regret the change as I’ve always been pleased with Lee Wallace and the staff a Urgent Care. My only further thoughts go to that over worked staff and over compensated administration! “ not enough people coming to hire ne staff’? The clinic saw 55 clients yesterday, 25 left due to waiting. Today poor Barnes Crossing clean mic had to deal with patients from a closed Horn Lake clinic via live stream as if they didn’t have enough to see live… with just 3 staff I’m the back! Administration lean back in your chairs, continue to show patients your lack of “care”…. God knows you action and intentions. Hope you sleep well mistreating employees/staff!
