I came because I needed care and did not see that Allegro would be open when I looked at 1st thing this morning but that Urgent care would. I made an appointment for 10 a.m. by the app which I love but was very disappointed in the wait time. I waited in waiting room for over an hour!! I did not leave until after 12:33 although that was the time that was discharged time on the message I received. I went to the restroom before leaving. The hand soap dispenser was off the wall, no soap and the paper towel dispenser was empty with the huge roll of towels on the counter by the faucet so there was little elimination of germs in the bathroom today. The receptionist kept leaving the desk I guess to help in the back because they were so swapped and didn’t seem to have enough staff since the NP was the one that swabbed me for COVID instead of her nurse. No on was at the desk when I left so I guess they had all they needed for a payment to be made 🤷‍♀️

I always have my bloodwork done here and the staff are super friendly, they do a great job every time, and they make it as painless as possible. Two thumbs up for everyone there!

The phlebotomy, Jillian did an excellent job. Unfortunately I'm not an easy person to get blood from. I shared with her my situation & she was so sweet & understanding. She checked both arms and pick the best candidate and preceeded the blood draw... voila, she got it with no problem and no pain to me. It was my first visit there and im definitely coming back there next time. Thank you for the friendly and swift service.

Waited 3 hrs for a covid test for my daughter

My doctor hadn’t sent the order for my blood work, thank you to Chelsea at the desk for going out of her way, two phone calls and waiting on hold to get the order from my doctor’s office

My visit wit urgent care was great.the staff was professional and the nurses was were knowledgeable about my situation.I recommend anyone to visit urgent team.

Dominique at the front desk is always kind when I arrive and keeps me updated on my wait time. Vanita NP always takes time and listens to the concerns of her patients. I never feel rushed when I come to Urgent Care with these ladies.

Had a long wait time, but many urgent cares do. Overall, I received great service and quality care. The staff and medical professional I saw were very nice.

The wait was long but understandable. We were there for a Covid test, as were several people ahead of us. The receptionist out front (Tonya) was very sweet and helpful. The nurse practitioner that I saw was really nice and outgoing. She did a very good job and gave me some tips on what to get for my knee while I am awaiting a partial replacement. I think her name was K Coggins. At least she was the one that filled out the paperwork. I will recommend urgent team to my friends.

I had a Covid test and it didn’t even hurt. The nurse did great!

I visited the clinic for a long pre employment drug testing. The only down fall was the waiting time. Other than that the testing didn’t take 10 minutes.

Urgent Care it's a a friendly place the staff talk to you the doctor is nice he asks how your day been before he start but I wish starting back serving coffee and serving water

I went in for a DOT physical and was in and out in no time. The staff was very friendly and professional. Very pleased with my experience

I really appreciate how Dr. Noel Bodhi listened to what I had to say about what I thought I had. I told him I thought I had a sinus infection and after an physical exam he confirmed it. He didn’t dismiss anything I had to say, but rather listened and took into consideration what I was saying. I really appreciate his help.

All the staff at Urgent Team were very knowledgeable and friendly. The wait wasn't long at all especially for a D.O.T. Physical walk in. Lashanna, Regina, and Brenda work well together. I would recommend the facility to anyone.

First, the NP came In and just assumed My daughter wanted a covid test. She could have had the flu or strep throat based on her symptoms. Secondly, the advertisement for the clinic stated they had “rapid tests,” of which she did not receive. We are waiting 48 hours for her results. Thirdly, after booking the appointment online the day before, my sick daughter waited over an hour and a half to be tested. This was not the patient experience anyone would want for a clinic especially for young adults who are without their parents. We will not be back. My daughter did not receive the level of care they advertise, and far from optimal care.
