I came in just to get a rapid test. I made an appointment for 1:20 p, to avoid the wait. I got there 10 min early as requested, and was told they were running behind. Finally called in right before 2:00 p. Sat for a while, and didn’t leave until 2:40 p, just for a rapid Covid 19 test. Wasn’t the greatest on time.

Fast and friendly. Tested negative. Although chance of strep. So still getting treated in case. Thank goodness. Thanks guys!!

This urgent care is always great! The staff is very friendly even on a day like today when they were slammed with patients including many frustrating no shows. I always make an appointment and am seen promptly! Do them and yourself a favor and book online, fill out paperwork in advance, and be on time!

I was able to monitor my place in line while waiting in the car and complete all registration on my phone which was easy. I felt a little rushed through the actual test but the explanation of results was thorough and I had an opportunity to ask as many questions as I needed.

Went in for a TB skin test. Staff was very friendly and approachable. Wait time wasn’t long. Cost was reasonable for what I needed.

Since I was taking the covud test, I was told to wait in my car and someone will call me. The wait time wasn't too bad, I really the forgot I waiting in my car! I ginally did receive a friendly phone call from the staff. The staff was really friendly and the doctor was professional and of course the staff was too! I made it a little comical because the test took me by surprise a little bit. I think I made the doctor and the nurse day! Lol!

We came on a very busy day as walk ins, and the staff was more than helpful and kind!

Fantastic customer service! I felt everyone went above and beyond to care for my dad’s sore throat. No pressure for unnecessary tests and it is a very clean facility with a super friendly and caring staff. I will highly recommend to others.

The did not put the name of the Covid test on their result when cause airlines to reject the test.

Both of the ladies that saw me (the medical tech and the Nurse Practitioner) were very thorough and sweet! It was a nice experience and I will definitely return there when I cannot get in to see my PCP. In addition, I will recommend this Urgent Care to my friends! Thanks so much for seeing me today! I visit this clinic all the time for my sinus infections but this time the nurse practitioner acted like I was requesting medicine to Cook dealt with when I requested Allegra-D and ask for a refill I asked for a sinus cocktail shot and was told I didn’t need one and if I have to make a second visit to this clinic to get us a cocktail I will be very upset

I came in for a Rapid covid test. Everyone was really nice, especially the lady and the front desk and the lady that took my vitals. Service was quick and the office was very clean.

It was awesome, they was so friendly and so professional. If I had 10 thousand tongues I couldn’t thank God enough for the urgent clinic. Thanks so much for your kidness
