Wait time!!! I always use the Hold My Spot option for appointments however even though I had a 2:00 spot I waited until 3:48 to be called back. Everyone who was on the Walk-in list was seen before I was today. The reason for using Hold My Spot is so that I don’t have to wait almost 2 hours, with a clinic full of sick people, during a pandemic, while a friend graciously babysat my 3 kids…. I feel the quality of care I receive here is always great, which keeps me coming back to this location. Please just honor the “appointment” times better.

Everything was close to perfect except for the 4 hour wait and then 2 more hours in an exam room. But - I do understand the staff is overwhelmed today with COVID testing etc. The “reserve your spot” is misleading. Clarification is needed - it is not an appointment. Thank you!

I needed a Covid 19 Rapid test, and I was able to get on the same morning I contacted them.

I've been going here for years.when my family or I need it...this visit was ok... Receptionist was the best thing of this whole experience...she is awesome.... NP was ok.. talked to me for about 2 minutes and that was it Nurse must not have a lot of experience with people with anxiety...when I told others a comment she made to me.... everyone responded with a version of....I'm sorry...what did she say? They were shocked... I think may try somewhere else next time I need urgent care which makes me sad...we've been going here for 8 years but didn't feel valued at all after my visit....again except by the Receptionist...

Definitely recommend this Physicians Care. Quick, efficient, and thorough exam by Dr Taylor; The staff was friendly, especially nurse “Cat”… willing to help all they could. Prescriptions were quickly called into pharmacy and hopefully will clear up my sinus infection so I can get to feeling better.

It was the best experience I have ever had at an Urgent Care. Excellent staff..so kind and caring! Fast and efficient.

NP Taylor was very nice and connected well with my daughter when I brought her in to get her tested. Her humanity was refreshing. Thank you.

Everything was really great, actually the best walk-in clinic I’ve visited. Wait time to be seen wasn’t bad at all. The only reason I deducted 2 stars for it was because I was in an exam room for over an hour for only a Covid test. I know every business has their slow days though so I’d still highly recommend!

CVID TEST for travel - all went smoothly with little wait, since I’d set up an “appointment.”

This was my 1st time withi urgent care. I was taken back immediately and evaluated then he physician and was diagnosed. My prescriptions were emailed to my pharmacy and I picked him up on my way home. Very easy ! I will go back.

I was there for a DOT physical. The staff was very friendly and the service was great. The cost was what I expected.

I’ve never been to an urgent care that is more courteous, speedy, with a high quality of care.

The woman who drew my blood was great. A full physical exam was documented but no provider ever laid hands on me whatsoever.

Young woman at front desk had to call me up 3different times to get all the paperwork needed. 47 minute wait time for tb skin test to be placed and I was there at first opening

I’m from out of state and this was the best urgent care I have ever visited. Everyone was friendly and the overall exper Was welcoming and warm.
