I came in just to get a rapid test. I made an appointment for 1:20 p, to avoid the wait. I got there 10 min early as requested, and was told they were running behind. Finally called in right before 2:00 p. Sat for a while, and didn’t leave until 2:40 p, just for a rapid Covid 19 test. Wasn’t the greatest on time.

This urgent care is always great! The staff is very friendly even on a day like today when they were slammed with patients including many frustrating no shows. I always make an appointment and am seen promptly! Do them and yourself a favor and book online, fill out paperwork in advance, and be on time!

I was able to monitor my place in line while waiting in the car and complete all registration on my phone which was easy. I felt a little rushed through the actual test but the explanation of results was thorough and I had an opportunity to ask as many questions as I needed.

Since I was taking the covud test, I was told to wait in my car and someone will call me. The wait time wasn't too bad, I really the forgot I waiting in my car! I ginally did receive a friendly phone call from the staff. The staff was really friendly and the doctor was professional and of course the staff was too! I made it a little comical because the test took me by surprise a little bit. I think I made the doctor and the nurse day! Lol!

Both of the ladies that saw me (the medical tech and the Nurse Practitioner) were very thorough and sweet! I visit this clinic all the time for my sinus infections but this time the nurse practitioner acted like I was requesting medicine to Cook dealt with when I requested Allegra-D and ask for a refill I asked for a sinus cocktail shot and was told I didn’t need one and if I have to make a second visit to this clinic to get us a cocktail I will be very upset

My babygirl was bit by a spider. Im not sure sure the exact day or time. I made my appointment online, completed online paperwork etc. I arrive a few minutes early to my appointment. I was greeted . The clinic was clean, smell (real clean). The nurse was friendly, welcoming. The doctor came right in assessed us and we were gone all in under 30 minutes. This will be my go to clinic going forward.
