I needed a Covid test and your staff were honest with us and said it would be a two hour wait so we were able to go to the store and grab some stuff so I appreciated the heads up. It didn’t end up taking two hours so that was great. Everything else went smoothly.

The receptionist told me that my copayment is $100 and that I would be getting a full body exam and not just a C-19 test. I did not get a full body exam after my 3 hour wait. I only got a C-19 test and a pregnancy test…. No exam. I was charged for $100 for two test .. the C-19 test should have been free. The providers were nice and kind in exam room.

This was our first experience with St. Thomas urgent care and would not hestate to use them again. My wife and are are both seniors. The staff was very accomodating and the nurse and the doctor we saw were friendly, professional and with great bedside manner. We were very relaxed there.

Went in for a walk in Covid test. Their system was quite efficient. I was able to go home for a period of time and received a text when my appointment time had arrived. I was also able to track my position in line while I waited. Very pleasant and informative staff!

Wonderful staff! Crystal is so friendly and kind whenever we come by, especially with sick kids who are afraid of covid testing. Mary and Hailey were incredibly welcoming to us and Taryn and Alison were on the ball and made my little one feel right at home! Thank you so much!

Excellent nurse practitioner. But saw dirty tissues next to the medical bed. No sanitation of the BP machine or pulse monitor before or after being on me even though I was there for a COVID test

Haven’t been feeling well for few days decided I better go to clinic! Good thing I did I have pneumonia and ear infection! The NP listened to everything I had to say ! She was great and all the other staff was very nice! The wait time was just a few min! The care was exceptional!

Thankful for much needed Sunday availability at the New Location on Ft. Campbell at Dover Crossing. We were welcomed as a walk-in & all staff was professional, friendly & caring. The PA, Doctor Conn, had a very recognizably thorough, knowledgeable & kind ‘on-target’ approach with our 10 year old grandson who was quite sick.
