The staff and facility was excellent.... The fact I wasnt able to get my Covid booster because it wasnt Wednesday is absolutely shameful.... I hope to not ever need to go back

I couldn’t get in to see my personal Doctor since they were booked up, and this was the third Urgent Care Clinic I tried to get into. Thankfully, this Washington Regional facility was open later and had availability, because we were leaving on a Thanksgiving trip the next morning. The staff was very nice and helpful. Considering the time of day and that they had been busy all day, it could have definitely been different, as experienced at one of the other places I had been to! Thank you to the physician I saw (Christy) who was friendly, informative, and answered all my questions. Ultimately, I was able to be seen, and get the meds I needed to get started on and take our trip. Thank you!!

I left a different urgent care after being on hold in the parking lot for 25 minutes and then being told we are are busy and it wold be an hour and a half before they could let me come in to see me. At Washington Regional Urgent Care they were also busy but were friendly and got me taken care of. Not a hard decision where I’ll go next time!!

All Staff, nurses, PA great, front desk, Very personable, professional. Had PCR covid test. Very gentle done by nurse. Thank U for the care, professionalism during this awful covid pandemic. We ate vaccinated, but frustrated that so many people refusing to get covid vaccine or weat masks. Getting covid Vax to protect others, children. I Would recommend this urgent care. Thank U to all staff for what they cont to do with covid to help others. Get vaccinated people! Is awful to see those with covid & especially children with covid. This is NOT political!!! Is about the right thing to do to protect UR family, children, community.

COVID-19 testing for travel, we needed rapid response written results. I contacted 4 clinics last week, the clinic recommended does not do rapid response. We contacted 4 more clinics today, this was the only one with a human to answer the phone, walk-in accepted and rapid response. Checkin was wonderful .

My husband tested positive yesterday for Covid and was prescribed meds to help him. I tested positive 24 hours later and was not given a thing to help. I just upped your numbers and was not given anything to help with the discomfort. You were of no help to me. I knew I was positive.

I am glad I was able to be seen by a professional to get a diagnosis and prescription for medicine. The tablet that was being used to sign in wasn’t wiped down after every patient. That was a concern. My wait time was expected since I didn’t have an appointment and it was urgent care. I’m just glad there’s a clinic I can go to when my Primary Care Physician has no available appointments for the next couple days.

Urgent care is a great option for addressing health problems that come up in everyday life. The staff is friendly, efficient and caring. I only waited minutes and was seen and and out of there with prescriptions called in. Urgent care is the most efficient And friendly medical care option that I know of. I would gladly refer friends to them who are in need of a quick and affordable medical diagnosis.
