This was my first time and I was testing for Covid. They were awesome. Being a walk-in clinic wait times can be long. Go online and fill out all of your paperwork. Great staff!

Done quickly with blood work. Can’t rate bedside manner my son wasn’t in a bed.

I have used physicians care for years and the care I get has gotten better over the past few years. Love the staff that is there now. I like the ability to just walk in when I need them

Came in for a pre-employment physical. Staff were friendly, energetic, and knowledgeable. When I get the job, I'm changing my primary health provider. 😀👍🏼

I don’t recommend anyone use the online site. I made my appointment online the evening before the appointment. Approximately 30 minutes or so before my visit, I received a text with a link to check in when I pulled in the parking lot. I did this as soon as I pulled in. I received another text telling me I was checked in with no one in front of me. I assumed, since the website said, wait in the convenience of your car, that meant when they were ready for me I’d receive another text telling me to come in. Nope that’s not the case. After 15 minutes and still my being the only car there, I went in. I ask about being checked in and was quickly and very firmly advised, “ You have to come in to check in.” I tried to explain what the website said but Regardless of text messages or what the website said, you have to go inside. So then apparently none of the info I spent filling out online the day before was in there or they just ask you the questions again. I was kind of irritated due to the hateful mannerisms of the girl at the desk. She immediately began talking about Covid testing and that because I had 2 or more of the symptoms I had to get the test..... even though I had been dealing with sinus symptoms for about a month, had not been exposed to it, not been anywhere etc. so I get that and requested the rapid test since I was sure I had a sinus and possibly a bronchitis infection and needed meds for it. Then she abruptly advised me I could not have the rapid test and that I could not be seen without being tested. So I let her know I needed an antibiotic. She said ok but they couldn’t give me steroids until the results came back in 1-5 days. So after I decided not to say anything else except “ok” to her comments. I was taken back. She told me then that she believed me about the check in stuff because others had said it too. She was gentle doing the Covid test. Then the NP came in and said I had an ear infection and sinus problems, a sore throat from drainage. So I got a prescription for an antibiotic called in and I left. I’m not real sure what kind of Covid test I will be charged for since my paperwork reads as though I had both a rapid and a sent off test. The paperwork also says I was negative in clinic for Covid 19 but that doesn’t mean I don’t have it, that I had elected testing sent out PCR. So I’m not sure what that means. I probably will not go back there.

Have been waiting for my son's covid test result that was sent out for 4 days. Test which I paid for! Can not get anyone to answer the phone or to return my phone calls!

Wife, daughter and I had appointments at 3, 3:15 and 3:30 respectively for Covid tests. Arrived 15 minutes early per instructions. Sat in waiting room until almost 3:30 and all 3 of us were called into same examination room together. Nurse took blood pressures and general information. She then swabbed our noses for test samples, told us the doctor would be there shortly and we waited until almost 4:45. Doctor showed up, gave us some general information about various vitamins we should take and we left at almost 5:00. Seems an excessive amount of time for a 5 minute procedure.
