This is the best Urgent Care facility I have been to. I made 2 appointments online and they saw me within 10 minutes of requested time each time. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Facility was very clean. To minimize the spread of infections they would let you sign in then go back to your car to wait. They would then call your cell to see you. I would highly recommend this Urgent Care facility.

Jan Sparks is the greatest!!! Great bedside manner!! So sweet and nice. Helped me so much. The nurse and receptionist were so kind and professional. I recommend Urgent Care all the time to people I know.

The staff is amazing, got me in and out really fast, the only complaint I have is having to use the tablet for check in, followed by the receptionist then asking me all the same questions. I liked it much better without the middle step of the dumb tablet. Also, the self-pay price is too expensive. I'm at urgent care because I don't have insurance, it shouldn't cost so much

Michael Johnson PA-C and his clinic staff were generous with their time rendered for me & my wife. Very nice person & spent a good time with us explaining the why’s ...I was very sick though to absorb everything he said. Efficient with each of their jobs, can’t complain. The covid test was so painful & nasty but I guess that’s just how it’s done. Great job! Thank you and I apologize if i haven’t said so while we were there!😞

We scheduled an appointment for 2:00 and did not get to go back with the nurse until 2:20. I would have appreciated someone asking about symptoms upon check in. Instead, the person who was handling check in was on the phone discussing employee related issues instead of effectively interacting with me. I understand there are other patients in the world but I was concerned with this issue, enough that I went straight to urgent care instead of anywhere else.

I have always came to this urgent care and have always had a good experience, but the check in feature this last time was aggravating especially since this was not my first time at this facility. Having to check in at computer at desk, then to check in again on phone, then fill out a paper is redundant. Especially when much of the information was asked for previously. If I have to this every visit this will keep me from returning.

Huntsville Hospital Urgent Care, Hazel Green - 14451 Hwy. 231

This was our family’s second visit to this location and we were extremely impressed with everything . The staff , quality of care and cleanliness of the office was outstanding . The only issue was the wait time even though we had an appointment . But this is not something that can be controlled unless HH hires more staff .

Woke up that morning with a bad migraine, and the past few days had uti symptoms, had new insurance couldn't get in to see my dr.till the next day.went to fast pace urgent care where I would normally go,just to find out they did not take my insurance, get on the phone to find out who does,and from. There I arrived at your facility every staff member was pleasant, and friendly, care was top notch,everything was wonderful! Thank u will return
