I came in just to get a rapid test. I made an appointment for 1:20 p, to avoid the wait. I got there 10 min early as requested, and was told they were running behind. Finally called in right before 2:00 p. Sat for a while, and didn’t leave until 2:40 p, just for a rapid Covid 19 test. Wasn’t the greatest on time.

This urgent care is always great! The staff is very friendly even on a day like today when they were slammed with patients including many frustrating no shows. I always make an appointment and am seen promptly! Do them and yourself a favor and book online, fill out paperwork in advance, and be on time!

I was able to monitor my place in line while waiting in the car and complete all registration on my phone which was easy. I felt a little rushed through the actual test but the explanation of results was thorough and I had an opportunity to ask as many questions as I needed.

Fantastic customer service! I felt everyone went above and beyond to care for my dad’s sore throat. No pressure for unnecessary tests and it is a very clean facility with a super friendly and caring staff. I will highly recommend to others.

Both of the ladies that saw me (the medical tech and the Nurse Practitioner) were very thorough and sweet! The staff at Urgent Team Bartlett made the experience painless and easy. I was slightly afraid of being tested for covid because I heard it was painful. WRONG! They did an amazing job. Everyone there is wonderful from the front desk, to the MA, to the provider. I highly recommend this place! I’ll be back and will recommend it to others! Thank you Tamara, Katie, Erica, and Mallory!

I was a walk in. I had to register. Considering I was in the middle of a schedule.White time was excellent. The extra time gave me the change to download the app. I was seen within forty five minutes. Examined and was out of there immediately afterwards. The staff was nothing less than excellent.
