I needed a Covid test and your staff were honest with us and said it would be a two hour wait so we were able to go to the store and grab some stuff so I appreciated the heads up. It didn’t end up taking two hours so that was great. Everything else went smoothly.

I've been a walk in patient twice at Urgent Care and couldn't have been treated better. My start at front desk was as pleasant as medical visit. When needing care at 65 years of age and treated so well, it's very comforting.

This was our first time visiting this urgent care. I needed stitches in my hand and they did a wonderful job! Everyone was very friendly and the wait wasn’t as bad as I had anticipated. All the paperwork was done on my phone after I checked in so that was great too. Hopefully I won’t have to return but if I need to I know I’ll be in good hands. I would recommend this office.

The receptionist told me that my copayment is $100 and that I would be getting a full body exam and not just a C-19 test. I did not get a full body exam after my 3 hour wait. I only got a C-19 test and a pregnancy test…. No exam. I was charged for $100 for two test .. the C-19 test should have been free. The providers were nice and kind in exam room.

This was our first experience with St. Thomas urgent care and would not hestate to use them again. My wife and are are both seniors. The staff was very accomodating and the nurse and the doctor we saw were friendly, professional and with great bedside manner. We were very relaxed there.

Went in for a walk in Covid test. Their system was quite efficient. I was able to go home for a period of time and received a text when my appointment time had arrived. I was also able to track my position in line while I waited. Very pleasant and informative staff!

The only complaint I had with this place was the front desk lady told me it would be 45min and it was over two hours and she never gave me the option of waiting in my car until she had offered it to someone else.

Thankful for much needed Sunday availability at the New Location on Ft. Campbell at Dover Crossing. We were welcomed as a walk-in & all staff was professional, friendly & caring. The PA, Doctor Conn, had a very recognizably thorough, knowledgeable & kind ‘on-target’ approach with our 10 year old grandson who was quite sick. I had to book 2 appointments one for the 29 and then again for the 30 so I had to put two co pay out of pocket which if they could have seen me for both back and toe that was torn open the same day would have been great but I was told no they only see for one problem at a time the lady at the front desk was extremely rude and I feel very unprofessional at her job her name was Talia every time I come in she has some sort of issue with me and I asked her if on the 29 I was in there if I could book another appointment for the same day she said no appointment available so I said ok and not even a minute later a guy walks in and has no appointment and she gets him in before me just wondering why this happens to me with her only I would appreciate some feed back thank you
