Stopped by for a DOT Physical. In and out about 45 min. Staff was very friendly as was the Nurse Practitioner. I will surely return for other medical care if required.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, there was a very short wait time and they were very patient and stayed after closing time so we could have our test results before we left. They are awesome!

I liked signing in online. It was a smooth process. The staff was friendly and happy with me when I got back my test results.

This was my first time and I was testing for Covid. They were awesome. Being a walk-in clinic wait times can be long. Go online and fill out all of your paperwork. Great staff!

Done quickly with blood work. Can’t rate bedside manner my son wasn’t in a bed.

Wanted to get a COVID test due to head congestion & headaches lasting longer than usual. Really think it’s a sinus infection due to this crazy weather. Got my test but also received treatment for a sinus infection. ALL the staff I met was great, very friendly & knowledgable.

Wonderful experience! I am new to the area and didn’t know who to see for my health care. I went to Physicians Care and was so glad I did! I was in and out within an hour and that included a strep test and COVID-19 test with results while I was there! The staff was very attentive, friendly and professional. I will definitely continue to go there for ongoing health care!

I was in and out all in about 20 minutes for a covid-19 test.

I have used physicians care for years and the care I get has gotten better over the past few years. Love the staff that is there now. I like the ability to just walk in when I need them

The wait was due to circumstances beyond their control. Very clean clinic. Friendly staff and a thorough sports physical for a very low price.

Came in for a pre-employment physical. Staff were friendly, energetic, and knowledgeable. When I get the job, I'm changing my primary health provider. 😀👍🏼

Only problem I had was two other patients came in for covid test while I was waiting to get my DOT physical and did not even have masks on and the staff had them sit and wait in same waiting area as me if they have it there's a good chance I will get it now then doc tells me my blood pressure was a little high well of course I was upset about possibly being exposed to covid!!!!

The PA was rude, non caring , gave no information on my condition and did not provide wellness guidelines to take home . I will not return to this facility for urgent care of any kind!

I don’t recommend anyone use the online site. I made my appointment online the evening before the appointment. Approximately 30 minutes or so before my visit, I received a text with a link to check in when I pulled in the parking lot. I did this as soon as I pulled in. I received another text telling me I was checked in with no one in front of me. I assumed, since the website said, wait in the convenience of your car, that meant when they were ready for me I’d receive another text telling me to come in. Nope that’s not the case. After 15 minutes and still my being the only car there, I went in. I ask about being checked in and was quickly and very firmly advised, “ You have to come in to check in.” I tried to explain what the website said but Regardless of text messages or what the website said, you have to go inside. So then apparently none of the info I spent filling out online the day before was in there or they just ask you the questions again. I was kind of irritated due to the hateful mannerisms of the girl at the desk. She immediately began talking about Covid testing and that because I had 2 or more of the symptoms I had to get the test..... even though I had been dealing with sinus symptoms for about a month, had not been exposed to it, not been anywhere etc. so I get that and requested the rapid test since I was sure I had a sinus and possibly a bronchitis infection and needed meds for it. Then she abruptly advised me I could not have the rapid test and that I could not be seen without being tested. So I let her know I needed an antibiotic. She said ok but they couldn’t give me steroids until the results came back in 1-5 days. So after I decided not to say anything else except “ok” to her comments. I was taken back. She told me then that she believed me about the check in stuff because others had said it too. She was gentle doing the Covid test. Then the NP came in and said I had an ear infection and sinus problems, a sore throat from drainage. So I got a prescription for an antibiotic called in and I left. I’m not real sure what kind of Covid test I will be charged for since my paperwork reads as though I had both a rapid and a sent off test. The paperwork also says I was negative in clinic for Covid 19 but that doesn’t mean I don’t have it, that I had elected testing sent out PCR. So I’m not sure what that means. I probably will not go back there.

Have been waiting for my son's covid test result that was sent out for 4 days. Test which I paid for! Can not get anyone to answer the phone or to return my phone calls!

Wife, daughter and I had appointments at 3, 3:15 and 3:30 respectively for Covid tests. Arrived 15 minutes early per instructions. Sat in waiting room until almost 3:30 and all 3 of us were called into same examination room together. Nurse took blood pressures and general information. She then swabbed our noses for test samples, told us the doctor would be there shortly and we waited until almost 4:45. Doctor showed up, gave us some general information about various vitamins we should take and we left at almost 5:00. Seems an excessive amount of time for a 5 minute procedure.

Way too long of a wait considering we booked ahead. Covid tests should be conducted outside.
