I really appreciate how Dr. Noel Bodhi listened to what I had to say about what I thought I had. I told him I thought I had a sinus infection and after an physical exam he confirmed it. He didn’t dismiss anything I had to say, but rather listened and took into consideration what I was saying. I really appreciate his help.

First, the NP came In and just assumed My daughter wanted a covid test. She could have had the flu or strep throat based on her symptoms. Secondly, the advertisement for the clinic stated they had “rapid tests,” of which she did not receive. We are waiting 48 hours for her results. Thirdly, after booking the appointment online the day before, my sick daughter waited over an hour and a half to be tested. This was not the patient experience anyone would want for a clinic especially for young adults who are without their parents. We will not be back. My daughter did not receive the level of care they advertise, and far from optimal care.

I don't understand why the doctor dosent check you or put hands on you to check you any more. Just talking about suggestions of thoughts and questions to tell you are doing thing wrong because of you eating or moving a certain way. No apparent reasoning nor checking of your healt condition. Thanks but God bless. Am still no better.
