We waited for almost an hour and a half to be seen. Then we waited another 20 minutes or so in the patient room. I was not pleased with that in comparison to other urgent cares we have used in the past. However, the nurse and doctor we were seen by were great.

So attentive and perceptive. We love that we made Urgent Team our Primary Care Place. They always take great care of us. Dr. Ashley has become the kids favorite provider. We can count on the Urgent Team staff to be there for us during the week or on the weekends.

The provider and staff were awesome! I needed a covid-19 rapid test for travel. The whole process was perfect. Check-in was perfect as well. Although just there for a test, I could feel the warmth and care they expressed for me and the others in the waiting area. I will highly recommend this team.

This facility is always clean, they always get me in and out in a timely manner they are so kind, respectful and willing to get into the solution. I’ve never had to wait or had a long visit unless I was waiting on a test result to come back. I live in Knoxville and prefer to drive to this facility in Maryville because it’s hassle free, clean and quick. Not to mention of my visits I’ve never had a bad experience with the staff.

The lady at the front took great pride in explaining how the handled covid testing and me not having an apt she got me in for the test and also got my wife in to be tested. The whole staff were very pleasant and I would recommend them.

Came for a covid test wait time was long. Iwas told I would have results in 10 mins. It Took 30. When I inquired if results were ready found employees on break. Not pleasant when you feel so bad.

Lady at desk told everyone that walked in that it would be a 45min wait and it is only her and the provider. I waited almost 2 hrs, that didn’t bother me As mich as the lady at the desk trying to “talk people” away from care because there is only 2 staff members. People come due to being an “urgent care”. This is not acceptable. I will not recommend or bring my family.

All I needed was a Covid test before a procedure. I had the sample taken and then was told that I had to see a provider, which was not apparent from your website. It was not needed and only generated an insurance charge for an office visit. I'm a recently retired physician and know that the provider visit wasn't needed and apparently just served to generate a charge. The facility, staff, etc could not have been better.
