Think it’s the best urgent care in town. The procedure of waiting in the car and doing forms by phone made me feel very safe. I have a 5 year old of course not Covid vaccinated yet so that was a really nice bonus of distancing. We had an hour wait but hanging out in the car we had snacks and watched movies so it didn’t feel that bad. Also the other urgent cares in the area are even longer wait times. The office was impeccable in terms of cleanliness. Our np ms. Scarlett was awesome, very friendly, easy to talk to, and very full of advice. Thank you for a great experience.

I called first to make sure they were still seeing walk-ins the clinic by my house was not. So I called and sandy greeted on the phone very pleasant and even shared an inside joke once I got there which is 26 mins from my house. The ma and np were very nice!! I will drive out my way again to go back

They were Awesome!! We really needed a rapid covid test and no one seemed to be able to help us until we walked into your clinic. Because we were “walk ins” we had to wait about an hour and a half but no problem. T/Y and Blessings!!

This was my first trip to the Urgent Care. Being a walk-in facility and in the middle of this Covid nightmare, there were a lot of walk ins, so naturally the wait time was proportional. The staff, service and facility was exceptional, friendly and very attentive. I highly recommend the Ascension St Thomas Urgent Care Facility.

Came in around 4:30pm had a sore throat & daughter tested positive for strep so wanted to check myself since my throat was sore & they took great care of me, extremely friendly.

Came in for a COVID test, testing was done. Provider came in listen to my daughters lungs and said they sounds clear. But nothing else was done to follow up with her symptoms. The providers didn’t look her her throat or ears. No other testing was done.

The phlebotomy technician was absolutely amazing!! She was quick, super friendly, knew what she was doing, kept asking if I was okay, and whenever she could tell I was getting a little antsy or anything she would distract me by making small talk and asking me questions, and best of all she asked which arm I preferred, and actually listened to what I had to say when I told her which area/veins usually work best for getting blood drawn from! I’ve never had a problem whenever needing to get blood work done by her! 10 out of 10 stars.

Thankful for much needed Sunday availability at the New Location on Ft. Campbell at Dover Crossing. We were welcomed as a walk-in & all staff was professional, friendly & caring. The PA, Doctor Conn, had a very recognizably thorough, knowledgeable & kind ‘on-target’ approach with our 10 year old grandson who was quite sick. We appreciate him Greatly 😊 May God Bless You All for your Outstanding Efforts !
