Our first visit to this facility. I loved that I could register from my phone while waiting in my car. The process was fast and easy. The staff was kind, helpful, and quick! I will definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone else I know!

It was unfortunate that certain supplies had run out, which isn't unreasonable given the times. Everyone was kind and professional. I was able to get in and out quick. I was really pleased to be able to get rapid tested given my job and family circumstances. Comforting experience.

I had to get a covid test. I used the save my spot function. They are so busy that I knew wait times would be long. I walked in my time and was taken right back. The wait was not too long considering how busy they are. They took their time , they were friendly and efficient

The staff was great. I checked in at 10:15 and was told the wait could be 3 hours. I only live 10 minutes away, the lady told me it could be around 12. The wait list is great. I checked it and saw it was going to be about 12 and not 1, so went back to clinic. Was called to come in at 12:02. Again the lady at desk was very nice. Had test, had to wait 15 minutes on test. PA came and gave me results. She explained it and explained what I should do. The best part she listed and answered all my questions. Great experience. Only bad part, had to be sick to get experience.

I was seen at my scheduled appt time, PA and Assistant were kind and understanding along with being helpful. Staff awesome! Liked that I could enroll on line and just walk in and present I'd. Wish all offices worked this way!

Very fast and really listens to you. I was so sick , they did testing and medication. I am on the mends. Thank you for an alternative to always going to Knoxville for non life threatening issues. You guys did a great job.

Unfortunately tested positive for corona but I’m so happy with how nice they were about it. Almost gave up getting the test when the first urgent care I went to were so rude to me and smacked me with a 3 hr wait time. Urgent Team told me 1 hour but it was even less! Thank you!
