This was an excellent care facility to get my Covid test. Reception and exam rooms were very clean. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They answered my questions and concerns with utmost knowledge and understanding. I can highly recommend this Ascension Urgent care ❤

This is by far my favorite Urgent Care that I've ever visited. It is always clean, the staff is always friendly, and the care and bedside manner is phenomenal. I will never go anywhere else. My wait for a Covid test was 3.5 hours, but that's not their fault at all. By the time I realized that I needed to be tested, there were no more appointments and SO MANY people wanted tests. They were doing the best that they could and with a smile...on Christmas Eve!

This is the best Urgent Care facility I have been to. I made 2 appointments online and they saw me within 10 minutes of requested time each time. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Facility was very clean. To minimize the spread of infections they would let you sign in then go back to your car to wait. They would then call your cell to see you. I would highly recommend this Urgent Care facility.

I went in for a Covid test. Everyone was real nice . They got back in a room quickly and did the fast test. Not long the nurse practitioner came in. Examined my throat, ears and listen to my lungs.

This was my first time at this location and I had a great experience. I was seen within 20 minutes of my appointment time and the NP I saw was so kind and compassionate and answered all my many questions. I highly recommend Ascension urgent care- my experiences there have been far better than my experiences at my GP.

I scheduled my appointment and when I arrived I was taken in within 5 minutes. Excellent! The NP who attended my daughter was friendly, knowledgeable and caring. This has become our favorite Urgent Care. Highly recommend if you need to be treated rapidly and efficiently.

I was fortunate that no one was waiting when I arrived and I was seen as soon as I finished checking in, efficiently and pleasantly assisted by Jennifer. The med tech came out right away for me to come back for the covid 19 test. Within 20 minutes NP Alana Moore came in with the results, and performed a thorough exam. Very efficient, informative and personable, with striking eyes! Couldn’t have been a more pleasant first time visit to a new clinic. Glad to learn that they are in the neighborhood.

Everyone was very nice and friendly. The NP was great. She ask a lot of questions and talked to me and discussed my issues. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. She also gave me some good treatments and running some tests to check for possible problems. I am very pleased with the treatment I recieved. Yes the cost is what I expected.

The clinic is extremely well kept, staff is extremely friendly, but over worked. Wait time is long, but that is due to being short staffed and having to wait 15min between rooms for a + Covid test.

Reception and medical staff were wonderful. I was turned away from other clinics in town who said I could only get a Covid test if I went through their online site, where there were no appts avail! I got right in with you and finally found out I had Covid. I was just so glad to know after days of trying to find out. I will always go here in the future. I’m incredibly grateful. A bonus was not having lengthy paperwork as all my information was in the system from having gone to the clinic across town earlier this year. Thank you!

This was the second time that I had been in to Urgent Care in the last few months for a Covid test. I dealt with the same three ladies both times, at the front desk, the lady who took my vitals, and the lady who did the test. All three were outstanding! I was very impressed with how well they handled people under extreme conditions. They were swamped with people coming in. It is great to have this location only about a mile and a half from my house!

Woke up that morning with a bad migraine, and the past few days had uti symptoms, had new insurance couldn't get in to see my dr.till the next day.went to fast pace urgent care where I would normally go,just to find out they did not take my insurance, get on the phone to find out who does,and from. There I arrived at your facility every staff member was pleasant, and friendly, care was top notch,everything was wonderful! Thank u will return
