As when I had to go in September, everyone was really friendly but Elizabeth is the absolute best ever! We have a PCP but I will be using this walk-in clinic as needed as long as Elizabeth is there!

Online booking was great! Used the Virtual appt. went well… maybe waited 5 mins…I had a blood pressure Cuff also … that helps:)

Staff is wonderful, but it took 2 hrs for a covid rapid test. Wait time was ridiculous.

My visit went well. I had a blood draw done for lab tests. All of the staff treated me very well. The only problem was mine. I didn't realize that I had left my wallet at home. They were very kind about that and let me return as quickly as I could to take care of the co-pay, and had me in right away.

I have been going to the Quitman Urgent care for a number of years. Frankly, what kept me coming back was Bonnie the APRN. She took the time to really listen to me and try to get the help I needed. The entire staff has always been very friendly and accommodating. People ask me why I use the Urgent care as my PCP and I tell them it is Bonnie Dillard.

I choose sherwood urgent care cause Mrs Bonnie was the nurse practitioner and was very thorough and nice the lady I seen today was very rude I feel with all things not as thorough as was when the other woman was there I really didn't care for her all though the front desk and nurses was polite same as always but new nurse practitioner was not and that not good for patient care considering the thorough Ness and niceness was why we choose to have sherwood urgent care as our provider

The wait time was ridiculous! It took me 2 1/2 hours before I was seen by someone. From what I can tell, everybody that was before me (5 people) were there for a COVID test. Didn't realize it took so long to get a test. People checking in used the same ipad and it was never cleaned off after each use. Covid safety measures not in place. People who are pwaiting for a test should be made to stay in their car and called in when it's their time.
