Everything was close to perfect except for the 4 hour wait and then 2 more hours in an exam room. But - I do understand the staff is overwhelmed today with COVID testing etc. The “reserve your spot” is misleading. Clarification is needed - it is not an appointment. Thank you!

I wanted a rapid COVID-19 test, due to my husband resent heart attack and upcoming appointments. I was @ Physcians Care Sunday, 1-3-21 and there was a 6 1/2 hr. wait. I was told to come back @ 8:00 am. I went ahead and filled out all paperwork and gave my id, Ins. cards. 1-4-21 I was at office @ 8:05 am. Called and told, whoever answered the phone, I had arrived and in the parking lot. I stood in line outside, in 28 degree temperature, waiting my turn for approximately 40 minutes. When I entered the receptionist asked if I’d signed in, I said I called, she said you have to sign in, and the wait time was appropriately 3 hours. I was not told by ANYONE Sunday morning or Monday morning that I had to sign in!!! Finally seen Dr @ 11:00! The personnel absolutely should be told to tell patients about their signin policy!!! I realized with COVID-19 it’s a busy time, but to not be made aware of the signin policy is very upsetting!!!

My daughter was sick so we went there for a flu & covid test. We made an appointment and there was only one person before us. They were not busy at all. It took nearly 2 hours for our appointment. Ridiculous wait time with a sick child.

Today was my first time going here ever. Today is Labor Day so I didn’t expect them to be speedy fast however they were not very friendly. Front desk acted aggravated anytime someone came up that didn’t speak good English. The dr I seen was dr Allen he was very professional and Friendly. The lady in the back working didn’t ask me anything other than “so we are doing a COVID test?” I then explained my symptoms to her. She was not very friendly but could have been rushing her work. I wasn’t pleased.

Went in for a rapid Covid test for my young daughter. When Covid was negative, doctor just said it was some other virus. He didn’t examine her at all, never checked her throat, ears or anything. When the Covid test was negative, I expected an exam to determine what else could be wrong.

I feel as if the covid test was not done right. The swab was only in the nose for 1 second when it’s supposed to be 15 seconds in each side so I feel as if it was not detected correctly for that reason. I have had many symptoms and exposed and I feel as if I am positive and got a false negative.

My son fell on the playground at school and they took a x-ray of his arm and the doctor immediately noticed something the x-ray didn’t pick up and referred me and my son to children’s orthopedics and he was absolutely right he fractured his arm thanks for being so kind and friendly keep smiling and giving good service
