I do not have a pcp and have been using Urgent Care since they opened. I have always received great care...until this last visit. I have no complaints with the cleanliness or wait time. However I didn't receive the care I Normally do. And also had problems getting my medicine.

Everyone was very professional and kind. Tried to do a virtual visit was told with upper respiratory stuff going on I needed to go to the urgent care in Harrison. So I did as a walk in. Was told there's a three hour wait. Dang they weren't kidding. Ended up being there four hours. Need to change the name to we care, not urgent care. Just thankful not Covid.

I am so glad we have this facility in our town. They will always see you and take care of your issue. Since Covid came to town a lot of family doctors won’t see you if you are sick which is the reason most of us go to the doctor in the first place. So Washington Regional Urgent Care is a godsend! Everyone is so friendly and professional and make you feel at ease as soon as you walk in. Check in on my phone was very convenient too! The provider was very friendly and made you feel at ease. The wait time was a little longer than I had thought it would be but due to Covid it was understandable.

Disappointed- I came in for knee pain and didn’t even get physically accessed. Literally it was “yes it looks a little swollen and a slight pat pat on the top of the knee. Not once was range of motion or any of the basic knee assessments preformed. As a fellow NP I was sadly disappointed. That being said the nurse and the X-ray tech were crazy sweet and I loved the low risk check in with the friendly staff.

I love this place! Since this COVID stuff started, my primary care physician had bee to busy, the wait is so kind, etc.. I have ALWAYS got EXCELLENT CARE from WR Urgent Care! I recommend them to EVERYONE that needs to see a doctor. There is NO PLACE BETTER, as far as I am concerned! My grown son feels the same way!

I went there only to get a Covid test so I could be cleared for a surgery at a hospital in Little Rock on Friday this is Monday I’ll get there at 10:30 go and get all my paperwork done go back to my vehicle from *** till *** I said there go in at 11:50 answer a few questions I’m taking back nice little nurse gave me a Covid test and it’s practically 12 o’clock I am the only one in the back when I go in there three rooms before mine no one is in them I’m in room number four I’ll go in there for approximately 30 minutes after my Covid test and The nurse practitioner never comes in I’ll go out to ask how much longer it’s going to be and she is still at the computer sitting at the same place as she was when I went in there and tells me that there’s other people also so I wasn’t very happy with her sitting on that for 30 minutes while I was sitting in the room waiting to be seen will not go back there

If I can’t get in to see my family doctor, I will only go to this urgent care facility! The staff are always awesome, the clinic is always clean and even if they are busy, I am never been made to feel like a nuisance no matter why I’m there. I appreciate our local hospital and the Emergency department but it should be reserved for those who need more care in my opinion so I’m very grateful that the Urgent Care is here for me and my family!
