Wow - truly blown away by the kindness and politeness of the receptionists/office staff and doctors here. It is Christmas Eve and there is so much sickness going around, we are still in the midst of the Covid pandemic, etc… even with all of that said and these healthcare professionals surely missing their loved ones at home, they had positive attitudes, smiles, and great care-taking. The doctor we saw listened to our concerns and we are so appreciative of her time! Her plan of care was exceptional and gave us the reassurance we needed. I will highly recommend this clinic/urgent care. Even on our way out, the ladies up front were so kind to wish us a Merry Christmas. 🎄 6 out of 5 stars!!!!! 🌟🌟🌟

Very satisfied on this our 2nd visit to your Urgent Care & just as pleased, satisfied & thankful for the care/attention we received this time as the first!!! Even though we got there toward the end of their day & they were still very busy, we didn't feel like we were getting just "rushed through " to get out!!! The sweet girl up front & the tech came out to the car & helped me get my husband out as he had gout in both feet & couldn't walk & they also helped him back in the car!! I really appreciated that!!! The NP seemed likewise very caring & knowledgeable while still listening to our concerns/my husband's history/etc.!! If we need any of the services they offer again, even though I hope it's a while off, you know, we will DEFINITELY return there!! Please thank them again for us!! Thank you all for the care & opportunity to express our view on our experience !!

I always have a great experience with Ascension. I have visited the Madison, Gallatin and Springfield locations for COVID testing. I have also been in for other reasons where my symptoms addressed, diagnosed and treated in timely manner. I never feel like I am rushed in and out and I feel like person not a number.

Blood pressure was to high to pass DOT physical. I am going to see PCP to get b/p under control. I retired 8-8-20 I did not really need a DOT physical anyway. Can I get refund on payment. Thanks Jerry Deering ***

Dona was amazing. She listened to everything I said. She ordered tests to complete a very thorough examination so we can get a definitive diagnosis. I was thankful I was the only one in the waiting room and taken back immediately. My only complaint is a CT was ordered and there's only one person who could handle scheduling that and she is to do that Monday.

Have had a sore throat for about a week. Scheduled appointment today; in and out less than 30 minutes and prescription sent to my pharmacy. Check-in, nurse and NP all friendly and efficient. Great service.

Wasn't feeling good for 3 days. On third night decided to schedule an appointment at Ascension St. Thomas Urgent Care in Gallatin. Did all of the process that evening for Saturday morning, arrived 30 minutes early, and was taken right in, after checking in and paying my co-pay. Doctor was humorous but knowledgeable. Overall a great experience.
