I come from a medical background, and i'm very picky about providers. Not all providers are the same and urgent care providers tend to be complacent. This facility was on top of it though! I was explained the testing, results, and was walked through the treatment plan! My wait time was only 10 mins and the staff was so thoughtful and sweet.

Brianna, Laura, Denice and Nicole took excellent care of me. I made an appointment at the wrong location but they still fit me in. The care team was friendly even though I had a bad attitude. This is a place I would take my Mom and daughters. Thank you all and press on because so many people need you and your warm touch. Ms Thompson.

Nauitica and Liberty were very helpful and friendly. Staff was efficient and competent. During all the Covid testing I felt the wait time was good…an hour overall.

Went to Loganville Eastside Urgent Care. I was delighted to see Rashawn Rolle she was professional, kind and compassionate. I felt as if she was very thorough and knowledgeable. I am on my way to feeling better! Thank you to all of the friendly staff there. I would highly recommend them .
