Staff is most accommodating and the follow-through and follow-up is thorough. I feel the staff are professional, informed, and listen well. Our little one has been fighting a virus and ear infections and has experience some side effects from the medications to combat them. The staff has been great in helping us through the whole process to continue care for her. We will highly recommend them to everyone.

Kids urgent care has always been amazing with me and my family. Wait time is very short and accurate to my appointment time. Doctors have always been nice and listen to my concerns.

Lisa is amazing! My 6 year old son had an accidental fall and needed stitches. He was very nervous and did not want to cooperate. Lisa was so patient with him and helped him to calm down. She did the stitches very quickly, and they healed so nicely, no complications whatsoever.  We would definitely recommend Family Urgent Care to our friends and family.

I came in to check on shoulder and extremity pain. The facility had no x ray and doctor didn’t even examine the affected area. He said he would do a referral to an ortho but they didn’t even list options of who to call.  I had to google for an orthopedic doctor which I could’ve done without the 50 dollar co pay. Ain’t coming back.

Got my son in to see the doctor for a fever, sore throat, and chills. Likely a viral cold, but wanted to make sure it wasn't anything more serious. Scheduling the appointment was easy, and the staff were kind and attentive.

Went In for a follow up and it took the doctor to see me atleast 30 min . Then he just said hello and bie, don’t get an exam just asked if everything was okay and yet got charged for the visit 125 😂 . I’d say this office is like a bootleg.

I had a wonderful experience with Tiffany. She was kind and caring and I had no wait!

Husband and I had Covid test for travel in this facility. Appointment time was 10am, done in 15 minutes and was promised to have the result by 1 pm. Got the result before 12:30pm. 😉
