I came here after being turned down by University of Chicago urgent care across the street. I have been having back pain for the past three days I was able to be seen within 20 minutes of walking-in. The front desk staff was very pleasant and professional. The place was also very clean as well. I want to give a huge thank you to nurse practitioner Erica Dent. She is the best!!! Took a fall and visited the facility in Lombard for care. Received stitches, X-ray and cast on my arm. The staff could not have been better. I was seen immediately when I arrived. And after all my care I was out in two hours. I was nervous of course to find out what my outcome would be but the staff was great and explained everything. I will need to go back to have a follow up and have no anxieties out my visit. Great staff!
