Good overall exp but experience except 1 thing: very inappropriate that my ID and credit card got left on the front desk in plain site without no attendant (not to mention my intake form with all personal info). Could have easily stolen the other patients' card that was also laying there. Terrible security measures.

The process was very easy, supportive, a great experience!
Very warm & friendly. Answered all my questions. Great experience
Quick and easy, although I did not know a throat swab was an acceptable alternative to a nasal swab, but glad it is.
Excellent attention to me.
Quick in and out, felt safe, clean environment. Quick test results, and was able to get a note for my employer. Thank you.
Great place for Covid testing. Had my PCR results within 24 hours.
I have come here for 2 COVID tests. Both times it was fast and easy. Today Mike swabbed me and it was much less uncomfortable than the last time. Not sure his trick, but he was good! Friendly too!
I had a lady doctor that was wonderful! I forgot her name and I wish I didn’t esp for this review but she was amazing and she cares for her patients and listens.. I will be going back to see her everytime. Front desk was great and there wasn’t a wait at all!
Covid test very friendly and professional
Quick easy COVID test. Friendly staff.
I recently went to this facility for extreme arm and shoulder pain after suffering a fall. I was greeted by three very nice girls at the front desk. The nurse I saw, Carol was so very nice and caring and put me at ease instantly. She also helped me put my coat on when I was leaving knowing my arm was so sore. I had x-rays and the technician, Sandy was great. Dr. Syed was the doctor whom I saw and he was wonderful. I can not say enough good things about this facility. I am so thankful this wonderful facility is in my neighborhood.
Urgent Care FAQs
What is urgent care?
Urgent care are available to assist patients that are looking for immediate, convenient medical care. In that manner, they are similar to an emergency room. The difference, however, is that ERs are meant to treat major, life-threatening injuries and illnesses while urgent care centers manage life’s minor bruises and bumps. In simple terms, an urgent care is seen as a walk-in health center that focuses in offering non-emergent health care conditions, including the treatment of the typical illnesses and injuries such as fractures and sprains, cuts and burns, scrapes, stings and bites, flu and cold symptoms, nausea and vomiting, abdominal pain, and much more. Most urgent care facilities offer both diagnostic and preventive care such as well visits, immunizations, STD testing and annual physicals. For regular visits and check-ups on these clinics, you should expect to pay between $20 and $100. The good thing is that most urgent care clinics will accept major PPOs and insurance cover, Medicare, as well as self-pay in the form of credit cards or cash. Urgent care clinics are located in most parts of the country in various regions to offset emergency room visits and provide a gap in healthcare services. They take patients during all hours of operations, which offer a significant convenience to most people who have and continue to undergo the need for sudden and immediate medical attention.
