I had a low grade fever and fatigue over the weekend and walked in on Monday. Waited maybe 5 minutes. Staff was attentive, ran some tests, did a chest x-ray and concluded I had some viral infection. Wrote me an Rx for conjunctivitis, but just told me to rest and drink plenty of fluids, take Ibuprofen every 4 hours, which I have been doing. As of Wednesday morning I still have the chills and fever, so I wish they would have given me a Z pack. I will see how today goes but may need to come back.

I needed care as I was in pain. I walk in. The staff in the front were not kind or polite until my husband walk in and they asked me if I had insurance their aptitude then change a little towards me. No empathy just the question, do you have a phone? Scan here.. the other one didn’t even look up. She just whisper to her coworker to ask me for insurance. They just assume I guess because of the way I looked. They didn’t think I would hear them or they didn’t care. Either way they need training.  On the other hand, the people inside from the medical assistant, the nurse practitioner and the X ray technician were very respectful and helpful. They were responsive and professional. Thanks to the 3 of them for being so kind.  I am not sure if I would go back to your location if your front desk staff behave so unprofessional.

Easy scheduling, super clean and pleasant staff. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Woke up with an infected finger and made an appointment. They said in 15 minutes. The front desk was friendly, Brittany was great and NP Nicole was Great. Everyone made me feel very comfortable, not rushed, and caring. Nicole explains every minute what she was doing and told me exactly how to take care of it when l got home. Thank you

I came in for a broken toe. Every staff member from the front desk, medical assistant, x-ray tech, and doctor was extremely helpful, professional, and kind. I was in and out of there very quickly. I never leave reviews but I just had to this time because of how great my experience was.

What a wonderful place!!! The front desk staff was so welcoming, friendly and efficient. After filling out our paper work we were immediately seen by an intake nurse. And as soon as she finished Tim, the PA came in to us. He listened attentively, asked good questions , checked a couple of things and came up with a diagnosis. He gave us a lot of good information by way of explanation and didn’t rush us. He prescribed medication, gave us instructions as to what to do and not to do and offered for us to call him during the week if we had questions. It was a great experience by extremely capable staff. We were very impressed by the quality of care every step of the way.

It was my first time here very clean. All the women behind the desk we're knowlegeable and professional. It was worth the wait Doctor Ellis and the blonde nurse were great Doc did very good job with my toddlers stiches.
