I’m a walk-in, because making an appointment was nearly impossible. I tried to do it online, but the site wasn’t working. So I called, and was on hold for over 15 minutes before someone was able to tell me there were no appointments available on my one day off. So as I sit here waiting my turn, I am hearing the names, birthdates, and reasons for the visit of every person coming in. So much for patient privacy! You can do better than this, Millenium!

Using the "Wait at Home" from NCH web site is extremely helpful so as not to have long wait times at clinic. Have visited quite a few times when my primary care doctor could not get me in at last minute. Professional, Friendly Staff and Caring & Concern are Excellent. Always first choice as far as urgent care due to convenience as well.

Excellent team player organization. Its a shame that someone that didn't do their job properly resulting in job termination would write a bad review. I am a patient at this facility and the team and Management is EXCELLENT!
