There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

Front office staff and medical staff were extremely professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone indeed of urgent care.

Experienced vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, and headache during the night. Woke up this morning and realized I had food poisoning. I needed medical attention.

It was a quick and easy process! Dr. Adam, Aisha and Ynnalizz were AMAZING!! they made me feel comfortable and made sure I was all set to go.

I never got results from my strep test.  I felt if I did not get a call a text would have been nice.

Doctor and staff took my concerns very seriously and the doctor went above and beyond to provide the care that I needed. I was unable to make a scheduled appointment and the doctor still was able to do a video call last minute and this made my day. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Great follow up visit, I would recommend  as a primary care doctor.  The staff is great and make the process to easy.
