What would I do without urgent care. Primary doctor can’t get you in? No worries, make yourself an appointment here. Super helpful. Answer all questions. All so nice starting with the check in process. I’ve never spent more than 45 min here and always leave with answers.

I made an appt 1/2 hr prior, I was taken early, treated well

Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.

M appointment t is next week.  Not sure why I got this.
