I made an appointment this morning to follow up on a medication I’ve been taking.  I’ve been experiencing some side effects so just wanted confirmation all was normal and ok to take the full amount until my issue is resolved. I was welcomed at check-in and seen promptly and efficiently. The facility is very clean & convenient and I would highly recommend it.

The NP was ok But the medical assistant inserted the needle too deep in my veins or either the needle was too big l bleed a lot after she took out the needle the blood was so much it’s dripping into my white pans, at my age that was the first time that happening to me l think she needs more training in that level.

I went on line and I was able to easily book an appointment they were attentive to my concerns  Dr Patel was and amazing help and I really liked her very much  I am glad Airmont urgent care is there for me. They are a great medical facility  Thank you !
