Never told during the scheduling process that there was not an x ray tech on duty that evening. I want informed until after I drove there after work. So I had to go across town, during rush hour, to get the x ray. Everything else was 5 stars!!

Research indicates that women of color are always the recipient of sub par healthcare. So when I walk in here in pain, my expectations are already low but telling me that you don’t prescribe narcotics before me even checking in is a new low. Please educate your staff.   I’m not here to drug seek.  I’m here to get rid of the pain I have had for a week. This is why we don’t want to come in with an injury.  And why wasn’t the white man with back pain being advised only the same thing?   I won’t be back.  I don’t need to be judged.

My son was exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19.
