This was my first visit and staff were very professional and courteous. The wait time in my opinion as a first time patient was minimal. I was greeted immediately upon entering and was attended to right away.

The whole team is helpful, friendly and caring. Dr John and his staff helped me help me.

The provider and staff are friendly, clean facility.

I have been to this west end urgent care I would say probably at least 10 times if not more!!!!they are the best!!from the moment you walk in they greet you with a smile and make the registration very easy just make sure you bring insurance cards.next which has never been a long wait for me you see p/stakes your complaint and history.then a few minutes later a Doctor comes in reviews info examines and every doctor I have had has spoken to me in terms I understood not some medical jargon!!!feel free to ask any questions all the doctors there p/a s and receptionists are the best.they even give u a printout of your diagnosis and tfeatment!!!SPECIAL THANKS TO THE HIGHLY Experienced Doctors!!WEST END CITY M.D.CIT
