Thank goodness for these people…They had me in and out quickly so I could get back to work..

Was able to book an appointment the night before. I generally don't visit doctors. In fact it's been 6 or so years. I'll take vitamins and over the counter medicine if I get sick. This visit, fueled by family pushing me to go. The appointment process and check in was easy. Even the wait time wasn't to bad. But, after being seen I understand now why. I was seen by a nurse, typical stuff. Blood pressure, nasal swapbs, weight, height etc. After being put in a room a NP comes in. No bedside manners. Asks why I'm there. You would think after the second time of stating my symptoms someone would have notes. He listened to me breathe and checked my ears and poof gone. Said he forgot to check my nasal swabs before he came in. As he returns. Almost joyfully and says.. you have flu b. Me, I knew something was off as you see I don't visit doctors and I am miserable. He then tells me there is nothing he can do! I asked for antibiotics. Antivirals, anything to help and he says, "I can call you in some tylenol"! So I pay insurance premiums and co pays for Tylenol! This is the very reason I don't see doctors. It's not about the patient anymore but the 120 dollars for 10 mins of their time. I was up coughing all night and half the next day no thanks to him. Complete waste of time. Will never go back or even recommend this place to anyone.

Woke up with fever, sore throat and body aches. Reserves an appointment online, and I was in and out in thirty minutes. Corey and the staff are wonderful!!

I walked in and there was one person in front of me. I waited 50 minutes after checking in and was told it would be about 15 more minutes before I would be seen. I had another engagement that I had to be at and had to leave… extremely slow… will almost certainly try another urgent care next time. Possibly today

Facility is clean, staff is very professional all the time!
