Dr Fitzpatrick was thoughtful and attentive and did what tests she could. Her diagnosis of pneumonia was not confirmed by the staff at CPMC, however. It seems I have some sort of infection, maybe more than one—perhaps bronchitis for one. The high pulse rate was due to dehydration. BTW the X-ray copy I took to the hospital was incompatible with its system. Nonetheless I appreciate the care I was given at Carbon.

Melanie went out of her way to accommodate my husband and me when we came in to get Covid tests. Due to our unforeseen scheduling error, we didn't have an appointment at that time, but she said we could wait in case she could fit us in between patients, even though they were fully booked. Had taken my daughter there once before but she needed an x-ray they couldn’t provide so didn’t experience the full service. Glad I went back. Got a little lucky in that there was only one patient ahead of me. Everything was smooth and efficient. In and out in less than 30 minutes.

I tried other clinics like CVS minute clinic not professional and hard to understand language barriers from the caregivers that we’re not doctors that could not show me a professional exam. so , I went to you guys which I was given a five stars exam a professional doctor in a man that has years of wisdom to conduct an examination he does as a pro doctor and was easy to trust . I felt a trust of a doctor of a profession not just a lab that does it for cash with nurses.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
