Scheduled appointment online and fill out paperwork. Check-in was fast and easy. Staff I found to be friendly but lack of name badges with their position was very disappointing. I would actually consider that very unprofessional considering medical field urgent care. People like to know with whom they are speaking and what their position or specialty may be. DOCTOR, NURSE, administrative, or Nurse practitioner with specialty.

I really appreciated his efforts to help my daughter feel comfortable as she was embarrassed regarding the reason for her visit. I would definitely recommend to others, especially nice for parents who work and aren’t able to get into their normal pediatrician office.
