Armando demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and empathy throughout the process. His skill in using the EKG machine and drawing blood was notable, performing both procedures with such precision and care that my mother felt entirely at ease and secure throughout the process. His ability to communicate clearly and explain each step of the procedure, his patience, and his dedication to my mother's comfort were truly impressive. In addition, I'd like to highlight the overall care we received at the urgent care unit. The team was efficient, compassionate, and highly professional. We felt supported and cared for throughout our stay, which is testament to the culture of excellence they have cultivated at the clinic. Woke up this morning with a medical issue, I was able to book an appointment that very morning. The staff was friendly helpful and efficient, lobby & exam rooms clean. I would highly recommend!

My PCP sent me to Urgent Care for X-Rays which is a service that is listed on the website. I come in for my scheduled visit and at that point I am informed that I will need to drive 30 miles away to get an X-Ray. I drive 30 miles away and I am sitting in an empty waiting room waiting for my X-ray. Maybe I should have just gone to the ER.

I came in and was taken right back and was impressed with all of the staff  The facility was amazing and I felt like I was in a hospital.

Had a noon appointment (was confirmed morning of👍🏼) pretty much got right in on time.  Nurse practitioner saw me quickly and treated me.  Would definitely recommend

After receiving my results, I called Labcorp and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
