          Didn’t make an appointment but it was smooth and simple to get in line and take care of paperwork. Very good experience that I can simply walk in and get answers while also feeling terribly sick.

          Very pleased with the overall experience here. Receptionist was very pleasant as well as the support staff we encountered. Saw Dr. Mary Wolter who was very personable and easy to talk to.           About a week ago (it's assumed) I was bitten by a house spider or insect whule moving boxes in my attic. I tried to treat the resulting rash but quickly saw professional cafre was needed. So I walked into Urgent Care without an appointment, and my previous high satisfaction with them continued to be justified. Check in was quick and easy. Jessoca was genuinely polite and professional. My wait was approximately a half hour. Joyce took my vitals and she was very pleasant and professional.  The PA reviewed my case and after a series of salient questions, prescribed an antibiotic topical and a oral medicine. The quality of care was excellent. The rash is startng to clear.
