The MA who swab me for respiratory illnesses didnt do a great job . I've been doing MA/phlebotomy work for over 14+ years and she didnt do a best practice swab. Also the waiting area washrooms had no paper or soap. One washroom had a Eswab anaerobic culture swab in the sink. Other than that ... great service .

Didn’t have an appointment. We walked in. Typical paperwork in any US medical facility. Took longer than usual to get us us in because there was a change of staff going on. Took a bit longer than expected for the doctor to see us. But she was phenomenal! Went out of her way to work on getting us an appointment with a specialist.
