Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

The whole staff was polite, professional , kind & sincere. I would recommend the service who needs urgent care services.

I must say this was a great experience. My wait time was very short and the receptionist was kind and relatable. The process of registration was quick and efficient. The doctors assistant was very precise and friendly. I actually thought she was the doctor based on how much knowledge she had of her position. The provider was great and was able to assess me and give me the medication that I needed. Not to mention that the provider was very handsome. I would definitely go back to this establishment.

Wait time was terrible especially when I was put in the room and it was freezing cold. Once the provider came in there really was much for her to do, she took a look and told me to see a surgeon. Waste of time and copay
