Decided to see a Dr. After being bothered with flulike symptoms since Tuesday night.Constant coughing, nose running like a faucet, throat sore, had no taste or smell,I felt awful. I was too weak to get up to brush my teeth. My Neice came to check on me and decided it was time to go. She lives in Gastonia so that is why I was at your facility. GOOD 👍 MOVE. I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.
